Our mission is to form a biblical foundation from which students grow in knowledge and understanding while seeking God’s truth, God’s goodness, and God’s beauty. We do this through deep, reflective learning that trains in discernment and equips students for all of life.
We offer four days of school so that family time is not overtaken. We ensure that students have time to focus on mastery, with Monday being a day to practice or prepare for the upcoming week. This leaves a three day weekend for families to enjoy time together and worship together.
We rotate through a different era of time each year. We do this as an entire school so students and families are learning together.
We offer K through 12th grade, and place students based on their mastery in the various fields of study. This allows us to challenge strong students and support struggling learners.
We will not hold core academic classes on Monday. This gives families the opportunity to work with their children either over the weekend or on Monday to reflect on the learning from the week before or to prepare for the coming week. The Monday Enrichment Day is an optional addition for families in need of five days.
For families that desire a five day school week, Calvary Christian School will provide an enrichment day option on Monday. This will include time for practice or prepare work assigned during core academic days as well as various skill building classes in several areas.
